My new Lady of Shalott rose arrived soon after I bought it online. The plant was delivered with care and was very well packaged. When I opened it I was delighted with the quality of the plant - it looked very healthy with no broken branches or dead leaves and it even had some flowers. I've already planted it out and it wasn't pot bound.

I couldn't be happier with this purchase and would certainly recommend buying direct from David Austin Roses.

The website meant it was easy to order our new TV and Soundbar online and the prices were very competitive.

The delivery was excellent with communication the day before and a phonecall from the delivery team on the day. The team were efficient and respectful of the items being delivered and of my property. I was also invited to speak with a delivery agent who checked I was happy with the delivery.

Overall this was a very positive experience and I would recommend Richer Sounds without any reservation.

This was our first holiday with Titan and our first trip to New Zealand. This tour helped us make the most of our time there. There were a lot of excursions and experiences included in the headline price, together with a good choice of optional extras with no pressure to take any of these up.

The tour rep, Greg Coglin, who accompanied us from arrival at the airport was exceptional, being very approachable and efficient and resolving any issues quickly and behind the scenes. He was very knowledgeable and had lots of good suggestions for free time on the tour. We felt confident in him and very well taken care of.

The driver/guide, Peter, also went above and beyond what we expected. He provided lots of useful information and good humour, as well as tips about eating options!

This tour fulfilled all the descriptions made by Titan, and we will definitely be using Titan again at some stage.

Bought 3 Disk Whole Home WiFi. Arrived when it should have. Setup app was straightforward to use although the locator part didn't work properly, saying poor location in every place I tried (even near the first disk). I had to Google the problem, then plugged in the disks where I wanted them, before adding them manually. The locations are good, no matter what the location finder said! The system is working well. Very pleased with it.

The actual lounging set is fantastic and was an excellent price. I was unhappy about paying extra for a 'to the patio' delivery, when the delivery team would only take one item through to the patio. The other pallet would have had to be opened to take round the house and the delivery team could not do this. We had to open the other package and take it round ourselves - lucky my son was here to help as I cannot lift heavy items.

Disappointed. Couldn't take all three boxes round to the patio although I had paid for this option. Husband took one box round, one was put in garage, so I paid £25 to see one box taken round.

Delivery team was good apart from that.
