Generally good and reasonably priced

A good site to navigate but the price always seems less of a deal once you having booking fee and a seat reservation. I would not risk travelling without seat reservation. The only thing I wish National Express did which Lux Express and Flixbus do is give you a ticket to claim the luggage so no one else can steal it.
I always have to look out of the window at each stop when luggage us unloaded to make sure no one takes my suitcase.

Amazing fit

I have not owned a pair of jeans for years. I had distressed Hilfiger, Versace and Calvin Klein and I went into Diesel in Romania and they gave me 6 pairs to try. The first pair fitted as if it was tailored for me but was blue so I got the 27 waist boot cut black which was identical. Really impressed with the cut and tailoring with soft feel due to elasthane. Fantastic and decent price.

Very good competitive pricing

Very good competitive pricing and my long trip of 7 weeks costs less now the pricing bands have changed to Bronze, Silver and Gold- think it was different before. I have not claimed on travel insurance yet but the medical allowance is the same for Bronze and is very generous. Good to know as I often go to places with substandard healthcare.

Good until you need to claim, terrible staffing in London

Good flights and decent planes on Budapest to Copenhagen then London BUT, all suitcases left in Copenhagen including those who flew only Copenhagen to London. I was in BLOC hotel Gatwick, told case arrival will be next morning God willing.
Cheery phone call next day, yes we have the case, go to check in at Gatwick and get your case,
But no one to help, sorry no staff, no you cannot get it.
Had meltdown until kind supervisor called Dipa went to fetch case but damaged beyond repair. Had to run to get coach to Wales. Submitted damaged case claim with photos of 150 sterling case.
Now they tell me I cannot claim, my report was not in 7 day window.
Do not expect full value of case but Air Berlin years ago gave me air vouchers for similar situation.
Crazy thing is due to sports injury I checked case I never check in.
Norwegian should offer goodwill vouchers, just 20 sterling for their terrible stress situation when I needed special assistance and NO ONE WOULD GET ME THE BAG in Gatwick. I will avoid this airline.

Understated elegance and beautiful

I looked at Bulgari serpent watches but find them too much; price and size. I ordered the Just Cavalli serpent as I NEVER can find a watch that fits as my wrists are so thin, it drives me mad. I love the wrap around gold serpent. It is beautifully crafted but delicate and fits perfectly. I also love snakes. Classy watches.

I was set on buying a Just Cavalli serpent watch but anxious about ordering on this site as the price reduction was too good to be true. However, the communication was excellent and within 6 days I had my genuine serpent watch packaged in mint condition from Royal Mail.

Review of Copenhagen Airports

pretty restful for an airport experience

I had a 5 hour layover in Copenhagen. I thought the aiport was airy and calm with good shops and places to eat. I did find the layout a little confusing but I had special assistance so I stayed fairly close to the lounge there. The prices of vending machines and cafes were not exhorbitant and the staff were helpful. Lovely staff in special assistance.
The biggest downside for me was the toilets were not Scandinavian standard, a little dirty and dated. There are cleaner restrooms in Budapest Airport.

Great for long term stays

I used Airbnb years ago for long term stays then stopped as had a few bad experiences (host not Airbnb).
Started using them again and out of four properties 3 were amazing, one was not.
I think as long as you check reviews, Airbnb offers some great deals but you have to do your homework.

Good price but added stress if you cannot access wifi

This taxi service is competitively priced and when it works, it is fine BUT I often have instructions or drivers' names and contact emailed or sent mid flight, or even just in the departing airport. Okay , I could upgrade my phone but sometimes airport WiFi does not work anyway.
This leads to stress when I arrive. I wish 24 hours before, I had a clear contact with who will meet me and where as in the same airport, drivers often will arrange pick up in different locations to the last driver.

Five star special assistance

I have had bad experiences in this airport but I want to say the special assistance team were amazing. Thank you so much to Mariola for organising not only assistance through security and bag check in but also I had assistance straight onto the plane. I use special assistance with BA usually but I also had a ballet injury which made everything difficult. Thanks to all the staff who helped so much that day, it was five star service.

First Furla bag and love it

I love Italian bags and needed a bigger shoulder bag for travel. I chose the Furla one because it is subtle and I hate overdone designer labels all over a bag.
It is the first time I purchased Furla and I love the quality, shape and unusual design.

First rate for special assistance

I flew back from Riga to LHR. I had special assistance on the LHR to Riga route which was five star. I then had special assistance through Riga Airport and the lady (Astra) assisted me to the gate even though security was empty and Riga airport was quiet, and drove me in a vehicle to passport control even though I am fine to walk. She was fantastic and reappeared to help me onto flight. I cannot praise BA enough for special assistance. Our flight had delays due to UK weather but the cabin crew were also caring and reassuring. I am so grateful to BA for customer service despite the terrible weather in LHR.

BA special assistance was outstanding

This is a review for the BA special assistance. I had problems adding bags to my booking and I called the phoneline for special assistance. I spoke to two amazing helpful ladies, Kayley and Rebecca who were helpful and so kind and reassuring. What is even better is when I had to call back I was put straight through to Kayley and she was fantastic. I cannot praise BA enough for this service.

I always opt for Puffin for my travel because despite the cheap price, they provide excellent comprehensive medical and baggage cover and also cover me for long stays abroad. I would not use another company now

Great samsung tablet for excellent price

Got a very good samsung galaxy A9+ for a great price and delivered free next day by courier from Curry's.
I was very happy with the tablet but the only problem was it did not list on the website that no plugs are supplied these days. So I had to order a separate plug and pay for deliver. Otherwise I would give a Five Star review because I always had a plug with electrical goods before.
I also found it frustrating I could not call the store locally or a national number just an online agent.

Brilliant fast and informative service

I sent my paper form off with my change of name deed on Thursday 27 June and did post office signed for. It was received the next day in the passport office and then I had three texts saying my package was arriving Friday 5 July. I assumed it was supporting documents but no, my new passport arrived! Brilliant and I did not even fast track it. Excellent service. Best experience I had.
