Really impressed with Brabantia. Purchased a bin from them in 2017 mostly because it is a Dutch brand (!). While the products are a bit more expensive than alternatives, the product guaruntees make it completely worth it. Unfortunately the soft close mechanism stopped working 8 years into owning a bin with a 10 year guaruntee. Brabantia committed to repairing or replacing the bin. It's great that a company stands by their design and craftsmanship, and provides this guaruntee for many years. Really impressive, will stay loyal to this brand!

Best prices I could find online - but really frustrating not having a customer services number to call. Emails to customer services were returned 48 and 72 hours after being sent, was a bit too late!!

It took 4 months for me to receive my leggings. When contacting customer services, it took weeks / months to hear back and on my last mails, I never heard from anyone. Really disappointing!
