I would have given minus stars if that…

I would have given minus stars if that option were available. Having taken out home rescue policy I tried to book an annual boiler service. This had to be done over the phone for the first service. On 2 occasions I was told that I would receive a call within the next 10 days to book the date, on both occasions I didn't receive a call. When I eventually phoned to cancel, I was person wait until the following Monday when I would definitely receive a firm date for the service. Guess what, I didn't even receive a call! I have now cancelled my account and will attempt to recoup the £89.05 I have paid for absolutely nothing. Whatever you do, avoid this scam of a company
