Three is unreliable. I live in King's Cross, central London. I am leaving Three because it's home broadband service is unreliable. They have been providing Mbps speeds as low as 0.67 for the month 18th July to today 19th August 2025. I have phoned them several times and they keep telling me that they know about the problem and that they are trying to fix it. I also experienced poor speeds for a month in May-June 2025. They have made reductions on my bill but only because I have been proactive in reporting the problem. Originally they were run as Relish and had fantastic speeds (often 400-500) at cheap prices but since they were taken over by Three the service speeds have dropped significantly.

I placed my first order with Westcountry Nurseries and was very pleased with the service I received from placing the order through to the delivery of the lupins. Lupin foliage is brittle and easily damaged but my order had been expertly packed and when I unpacked them they were undamaged and the roots were moist.
