Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Bought saucepan set, two frying pans bent out of shape on arrival. No phone line for customer service. Email or chat. Tried both. Was ignored for days. Eventually an email reply asking for pictures - which were in the same thread, as I'd sent them with my initial complaint. Promised to pick up - never came. Promised to look into replacement - have heard nothing since. I regarded this as a respectable company but would never buy from them again. Lamentable.

Update

My previous review - which I was invited to leave before the blinds had arrived - was pretty negative and concentrated on the delivery process which was much slower than advertised (over twice as long, and no updates) and suffered more hiccups along the way. However the blinds have now arrived (including the temporarily lost third package) and it's right to say we are very pleased with the quality and fit of the final product, it's just what we wanted. Also customer service tracing the lost delivery and making inquiries of the couriers to help us was attentive and reassuring (thank you particularly Vanessa and Grace).
Overall then a good product and helpful company, let down by logistics. Knowing what I was getting into, I would order again.

Been asked to leave a review when product not delivered yet, (not even a despatch notification), seven weeks after order and four weeks after promised delivery time.

First class service

Found BWM online and from first contact they were great - took time to listen and understand problem, came out quickly (an in Covid times with proper precautions) and made and fitted product - uPVC sash quickly and with minimum fuss, organising scaffolders etc. Product is excellent and price was good. I have lots more rotting windows and will definitely come back to BWM.

Just terrible

Just terrible. Fell for an offer for immediate delivery - two weeks later, with apology emails promising next day delivery, still waiting.
Customer service line is constantly busy (or understaffed). Very long waits. First agent told me my beer had been sent (though no tracking) and that no refund was possible. Offered to put me through to team who could follow it up, needless to say another 20+ minutes on hold before line mysteriously drops...
Don't know if this company is overwhelmed, incompetent or disinterested but don't bother.

This company is local to me but wouldn't hesitate to use by post; instant communication, utterly trustworthy and quick turn around. I wouldn't trust my phone to anyone else.
