I am only sorry that I cannot give a negative score and I would urge any company to think twice about using this shambolic company. I have yet to have a delivery from them. I am on my third attempt of the same thing and it has yet to appear!!! And the drivers lies saying I was not available….duh!! Every other company deliver to me. Hermes wake up and do what you are supposed to do DELIVER my parcel

I ordered my shoes and got an email with tracking order number. It is now 10th March and have not yet received them. When I contacted them it turns out Jones the Bootmaker is in administration

Great service and would have no hesitation to use this service again
