Amazing , well updated , everything was on time and great customer service as well when I needed to reach out .
So fast and smoothly without any delay or problem

I had sky voucher suppose to be issued after 3 months later I joined sky .
After 3 months period I noticed that I didn’t received it . I contacted sky and they asked me to contact gift cloud ad they are the ones who generate the vouchers .
After my couple emails , I got reply saying “ As informed already that the reward email, which included the reward link, was sent to you on 17 Sep 2024. Unfortunately, the voucher expired on 16 Dec 2024. I genuinely regret any frustration this may have caused.”
They are not suppose to generate till November 6th but this is what they say now . They generated two months earlier and now it is expired .
It is 90£ and it is breaching the terms and conditions as I never received , I didn’t use the voucher and now it is expired.
I m hoping to write another email to CEO and operation general manager about this matter as it is not fair and sky also recommended me to take further and they are going to investigate this company as it is not skys fault . I hope to solve this problem asap and I will do anything to solve this

Atmosphere is brilliant,interior design is just gorgeous,service just average and food is disaster .
Truffle is so strong and mostly in every dish !!!!
Even tho we send back arancini ,even tho it was weird chicken Milanese ( chicken breast grilled and top fried egg !!!) just nothing tasty and we cudnt wait to leave as we cudnt get rid off that weird taste in our mouth.
It is only good to take a picture but not to eat . Unless you want to go restaurant for to look design .menu is ridiculous.price is ridiculous.
Still waiting over two weeks now to talk about my experience with manager .No update ..

Dr Mat In the Liverpool clinic was great and very helpful what I needed .
I had my lip filler and botox .
Clinic was very clean and ladies very also helpful.
Will see dr mat two weeks for review.

This is my first time I used this company .I have used different company but I found this company and I m glad I did .
Price wise it is the best price you can find
Customer service was great ,girls over the phone were very helpful and professional.
Delivery has been on the time and you could track the driver and they have placed it perfectly even it was hard but they did their best and placed it flat and perfectly
Worktops were perfect size as I used this time 27mm and really happy about it as I always used 40mm
I order island oak solid wood ,oak solid wood worktop and upstands .
I used two coat of wood protector and top it with osmo top oil and the result is great .
Highly recommended and I will use them again in the future definitely.
Manager Murat was so helpful and professional as well and helped me with changing my orders and great communication skills .

They are so unprofessional and scam !!
I have returned the item back as it was faulty and they deny it now they didn’t get it ! They don’t warn you and this is the reply I got from company !
What professional company call their customers liars while they are fraud !!!
Please read their reply and you can decide if you ever want to do business with this scam company !
Shame and disgrace !!!

As you receipt didn't contain the post code the first time they will not have it on the system so you are in fact lying.

Had return the item and asked for exchange the strips as they won’t stick on your teeth and result they kept 52.98 £ and never return it and deny it that you got my return !
What a fraud !

I have ordered crest white strips ,I received but I was not happy with strips as they would not stick to your teeth,
I have contacted and explained,they accepted that they rather older version as they stick much better ,they asked me to return it back and exchange it .
I have returned it back as soon as Kept the post office receipt ,I m still waiting for them to exchange it or money refund .
It has been a month now..I have been in contact via email and they told me they will sort it out but it is not acceptable,I used crest strips over 3 years and ordered them from different company and they were great ,the only reason I used this company as it is based in Liverpool which is local .
It cost me 50£ for strips and I didn’t get anything back from them .
I contacted my bank and complained as fraud ..
We will see

Great products great customer service no problem whatsoever very happy with their service so far I used them twice ,best price and great products well recommended

Bought e class 220amg convertible and started leaking when it rains.
Informed the dealership In Liverpool and they took the car apparently fixed it as car was on warranty with no charge
Few months later on same problem occurred took car back the Liverpool Mercedes and they took the for 3 days and apparently fixed it .
Few months later AGAIN!!!! Same problem occurred and this time money talks !!!
Car warranty expired and they requested 192£ for find out what is the problem and plus repair cost whatever is the problem they can think of.
Contacted the head office and let them the issue and they said they will charge me nothing to find out the problem but I will be paying for the repair !!!
They are having a laugh with customers .
Car should not leak !!!
Issues is informed Them when car is on warranty and it is ongoing problem and why I should pay for anything .they should of fixed it when I took my car .not on second and not on third !!
I will sell my car and never use Mercedes again !

Bought the whole bathroom set from wren few months ago ,it was horrible experience I had with them and I m still dealing with my mistake that I bought from wren .
My whole bathroom set ,ruined ,since March ,I Cudnt sort the issues that I got from wren .
All taps it has to come out ,basin tap and shower bath mixer ,as after month later they started rust! Wc seat cover full of rust and fittings are already worn,called the customer service and they advised me to take a picture and send email to them ,to be honest ,I don't want any of their product anymore in my bathroom !i have to get plumber remove the whole brand new bath again ,change the shower bath mixer and basin Tap and wc seat !it cost me much much more anything I ever thought !i can't even upload the picture in here so that everyone can see their quality and has horrible it turns up and I am at the stage that I am buying the whole bathroom set again !if you guys ever smart or want quality stuff and spend your money for cheap things but costs you lots then you should just flush your money in wc better than giving the wren !cause you will regret !!
Never ever again ,full of regrets!
