I have ordered crest white strips ,I received but I was not happy with strips as they would not stick to your teeth,
I have contacted and explained,they accepted that they rather older version as they stick much better ,they asked me to return it back and exchange it .
I have returned it back as soon as Kept the post office receipt ,I m still waiting for them to exchange it or money refund .
It has been a month now..I have been in contact via email and they told me they will sort it out but it is not acceptable,I used crest strips over 3 years and ordered them from different company and they were great ,the only reason I used this company as it is based in Liverpool which is local .
It cost me 50£ for strips and I didn’t get anything back from them .
I contacted my bank and complained as fraud ..
