the eucalyptus granules are fantastic sprinkle them on the carpet and vac them up they smell wonderful ,, better than the stale smell from the vac , once they are in the vac the whole house smells better

I'm afraid we do not provide partial refunds to keep any item/s with a manufacturing defect and the item would need to be returned for a refund or replacement to be issued

if you return an item it cost you money

i was charged £3 FOR RETURNED ITEMS IF IT WAS MADE CLEAR ok but it wasn't when i asked about this they said it should be £1;99 me and yours ? finished

I can see we are yet to receive this order back to our warehouse. In regards to the restocking fee there is a £1.99 returns charge for up to 6 items, additional items will then be charged at £1 per item. In-store returns are free.

A restocking fee is applied as the item/s are having to be checked over by our quality control team, steamed to ensure no contamination and repackaged (if the item/s are in a resalable condition), The items will then be placed back into stock. As I’m sure you can appreciate that this is very time consuming and means that other customers may miss out on purchasing these item/s due to the length of time it takes for the unwanted item to be returned and processed via our warehouse.
