Competitive, decent quality oil that doesn’t fur up our Aga like some others. Drivers are always very friendly & courteous. Prompt delivery (although I don’t agree with the widespread practice of charging more for a speedier delivery; it should be one price for all dates!).

Excellent service all round, and I can highly recommend this company - a shame so many others.

Clear & informative emails confirming which third party would be attending, with contact details.
Boiler service & gas safety inspection arranged two days later, and certificates emailed the same day as the inspections!

It’s great that a number of key inspections relating to a property sale can be booked via the same people - saves a lot of time looking for appropriate people.

My go-to place, as Clarkes’ range of products is of very good quality, extensive, and very competitive (usually cheaper than the big chains). Delivery time is short, communication is great, and everyone is so friendly.
I’d much rather support a local business than a big chain.

This is the first car I’ve ever bought without seeing it first, and my wife & I did have reservations initially.
Zoe was great in comparing the car to the lower mileage car we were going to buy from Cazoo - and her professionalism, honesty & transparency and clear explanation of the optional extras were what we expected from a reputable dealer such as Snows/2G 2A - and Zoe provided these perfectly - which is why we had no hesitation in trusting Zoe.
The 2017 Audi A6 Allroad we bought was immaculate inside & out, and the odd minor mark was highlighted by Zoe in her excellent personalised video - although the pre-sale detailing & Gen-3 ceramic coating (worth every penny!) took care of these perfectly, and the car arrived at our home in stunning condition - driven by the lovely Rob, who drove our X Type Jag back to IoW.
The level of service provided by Zoe is what every salesperson should aspire to, and - despite the distance (we’re in Norfolk) - is why we will not hesitate to recommend 2G2A & Snows to anyone, wherever they may live.

Bought off eBay, and needed the rim (for X-Type Jag) promptly; Gordon kindly met my request and fast-tracked the restoration, and sent it within a week...fantastic service - thank you!

The extremely jolly technician arrived just 30 minutes after I made the initial call - which is brilliant.
He then dropped us home, on the way to taking our overheated car to the garage.

Price differential isn't that great - looking at boilerjuice.com, and has usually been in line with the cheapest.
Very efficient service - from the ease of using the website to obtain prices and ordering the oil.
Communication is excellent, with texts and emails confirming delivery etc.
The driver calls ahead, and both drivers we have had have been very polite and courteous. No time for chat, as they have a heavy schedule to adhere to - which is absolutely fine.

Not had the chance to compare prices, as we’ve used PFP the whole two years we’ve been in the property.

Their Comfort Station Adaptive was a revelation - it's really good to see your own pressure points, and try possible firmnesses on the same device...which led to us going straight to the most suitable mattresses (negating the need to try every single mattress!).
