I had a problem with a product - it wasn’t coming out of the tube as expected. I messaged and got an explanation of how to use the product. The response was very quick and very polite/kind. The product was not faulty in the end I just wasn’t using it correctly.

I ordered a bag for my back packing trip, it's a bag that was first sold only a few months ago - not only was I able to have the option of all available bags (I wanted a blue colour that had sold out on most other websites) but it was also the cheapest I could find! That aside... It arrived to me within 24-48 hours after I ordered it.. At 11:00 PM and the postage was free. Excellent doesn't quite cut it. Thank you!
