Shannon and Claire at the Hailsham branch were very helpful on the purchase of our house, they even chased the sellers solicitors for us to get a few things moving and always responded to our emails. It wasn’t the easiest purchase, and the transaction wasn’t smooth, through no fault of theirs, and we were happy with the service we received, and finally completed 01/08/25

Our purchase was not straightforward, buying a repossession of a shared ownership property where the lender had to staircase to 100%. We were dealing with a repossession company, and a housing association who did not seem to care about timescales and completion dates. We are truly grateful to Roy Bridge and his team for the time and dedication they put in, as we know that this transaction was equally as frustrating for him as it has been for us. We would definitely use him again and would highly recommend him as he was worth every penny

I ordered some 15ltr Wham storage boxes, the plastic box shop was the only place I could find them. They arrived damaged on the corner and I emailed them, they promptly sent out new boxes, which arrived quickly and were in one piece - couldn’t fault the service

Jordan and Fabian delivered our bed, they were polite and efficient and constructed the bed carefully and provided me with a demonstration on how to open and close the bed to avoid any damage. Jordan also put the mattress on for me as this is very heavy. Any packaging was taken away with them.

I made the claim about 1pm and it was paid about 5:30pm it wasn’t a huge claim and I had all the information from the vets but wasn’t expecting it to be dealt with so quickly even with this

The platinum policy is very good and covers a lot of things, hence why I have bought another policy. I didn’t like the fact my premium increased by £4 for a relatively minor condition helped by medication you can buy at a chemist The website can be tricky to negotiate.

I order online at dr’s surgery, once authorised the prescription is prepared and despatched to me by post. This is great as means I don’t have to queue and wait for ages at a pharmacy, and those who need to can get there.
