I spoke to Gemini regarding a query on a recent holiday booking. It was so nice to speak to a person (rather than those annoying chat bots) who demonstrated real empathy and was able to help really quickly. This is my first booking with Travel Republic and so far my experience has been truly excellent.

I am a little surprised at the reviews noted below. My experience with Tubhome has been really strong. When I put in my order i didn't realise the bath I had selected was out of stock. The customer services team in Birmingham contacted me to check the lead time was OK for me, and also offered an alternative (and better, i.e., bigger and for not much more money) bath that was in stock. They advised on the lead time which was very acceptable, and helped transfer my order with minimal fuss. The customer service team were very responsive to any of my requests, and proactive with their suggestions. The delivery was efficient and the bath looks (its still to be fully installed) excellent. I also believe it represents good value compared to others on the market. I have no complaints and would happily reorder in the future with Tubhome. Thank you team.

I just had a new kitchen and bar area installed. The kitchen company (not Caple) when installing the Caple wine fridges overtightened the hinges cross threading one of the bolts. I’ve been on to the kitchen company repeatedly and they’ve been so useless I decided to speak to Caple directly. Bridie at Caple could not have been more helpful. After me e-mailing a photo of the part I needed, Bridie located it, and posted it, all without charge and no fuss! Excellent, excellent customer service. They should do some training for the kitchen company…

The delivery people were prompt, efficient, very polite with great communication. Thank you!

This is a service that appears to represent the motor trade and brands, and not offer proper help to a non-legally trained customer. Don't bother using them. You will be wasting your time.

Just had my furniture delivered by Daniel A. And just finished assembling it. Dan was a pleasure to deal with, gave me a 30 min warning and was bang on time. Dan gave me tips on how to assemble the furniture (very easy) and also offered so very helpful and practical advice re another purchase that I am debating. The furniture is high quality. Shortly after assembly it started to rain which beaded on the cushions demonstrating it’s waterproof characteristics. Overall very impressed with everything - thank you Maze!
