Driver tell truth about where package left. Fount on top of wheelie-bin in plain sight for anyone to steal. Especially when said 'left in Porch'! Could easily have just put over gate.

I have delt with this company for several years now and they are brilliant. When I sent in an order once they even picked up on the fact I'd clicked the 'collect' box rather than 'deliver'.

Just got some quotes from some compare sites. One or two looked interesting but looked at reviews which scared me off some. In two minds about Ford but I quickly changed my mind! I had problems finalising policy on line so phoned. The young gentleman who dealt with me Lewis, couldn't have been more helpful. I'd not got everything right, wrong start date, and confused the poor lad. It took him well over an hour to sort me out and the quote was slightly more than the original but he negotiated with his manager to give it to me at the same price! So helpful and he even finished 3/4 of an hour late. Just hope super customer service continues when I get back to him over second car!

Once again, really pleased. Selected the Joyful Bouquet with 50% extra as it wasn't a special occasion, just a token. Friend on receiving end is a flower expert. She loved them and was impressed. I'll continuing to use Lovely Floral World.

Laura was a very helpful young lady and explained everything in detail. There was no sales pressure which was important. She seemed as if she was there to help me. I just hope the upgrade works out satisfactorily

I've been using Boiler Juice for a while. While I may be able to get a slightly cheaper price elsewhere, it takes the hassle of spending ages on the phone ringing rounds and my time doing so is loss of revenue for me so probably balances out. Also I don't have to keep checking to see if I need to order oil. So far all the drivers have been super efficient and sometimes I don't even know it's been delivered. All in all for me I'm pleased with the service.

Have been using Supplement Solutions for several years. In most cases, not all, they give the best price for products. Their service is excellent and they have even been known to ring me to ask if I 'really wanted to collect from store' when I've inadvertently ticked the wrong delivery box! On several occasions they have gone out of their way to help with various things I have needed. Will continue to use them and highly recommend them as they can be relied on.

The reply to my query was almost instantaneous. A polite young man took my details and passed me on to someone else. Once again the gentleman I spoke to was helpful and very pleasant explaining everything in detail. I did not feel pressurised in anyway, always something that gets extra stars. Once decisions were made he sent me his contact details should I have any further queries or any problems arose. All in all satisfactory and hassle free experience. Will use again

Needed some parts person we spoke to was so very helpful but like everything during Covid19 it was going to take some time. As we'd been so pleased with our current petrol Brush Cutter we decided to get a new one and when parts were in keep the other one for a standby. Ordered it at lunchtime and it was here by 3.00 pm the following day! Great people, Fantastic service

Good quality, great service and quick delivery.. Can't say same for their delivery company who knocked my neighbours wall down and trying to make me sort it. However Horsemat Directors are BRILLIANT. I only had to say 'delivery your responsibility' and they were on it. Sadly not sorted yet (6 weeks) but they have taken full responsibility and dealing with it all.
A really professional, courteous, nice and friendly company. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them at anytime
