Not great but good. Aids are excellent. Better than any of the others out there. But I've given up on the Bluetooth link. It worked once - first time I tried it. Then it got picky about which ear I'd get to make adjustments. But the customer service, the aids are wonderful.

Always 5 stars! Easy to find what I'm looking for and checkout is a cinch.

The first refurb laptop I received had blue screen issues from the beginning. After exchanging emails with a tech guy several times and getting no satisfaction, I returned the laptop and a new refurb was sent. It works perfectly. I'm very happy with it. Five stars. But I'm grading four stars because of the hassle with the first one. No complaints with the tech guy. He was very helpful and understanding.

Never have a problem finding what I'm looking for on your site. Always in stock. Ordering is a cinch.

Never have a problem searching or ordering on B&H. Sale prices are usually insane but quality never suffers. I'll be back.
