No one answers the phone so you can’t get advice or answers.

I spent over £100 on plants and flowers recently at Shenstone and in less than a week one of plants the rhododendron started to die. I have rang for advice constantly over the last three days and it just rings out. No one bothers to answer the phone there. This is terrible customer service so beware!!!!

It was terrible to start with

It was terrible to start with. I kept being told different things by different people on the advice lines. Then I got Harriet who was knowledgeable and listened and was determined to sort the problem out which she did. EDF are lucky to have her.

I have only received a part order

I have only received a part order. I have tried to contact them direct by email three times but no one bothers to respond. They have also sent an order to me in a battered box which was a present but looks terrible. I wish I'd never used them. When things go wrong you need to be able to speak or get a response from the supplier. So be warned!

I guessed the weight of my parcel and…

I guessed the weight of my parcel and got it wrong of which I take responsibility. However the customer needs this delivery urgently and you informed an invoice would follow.

Why couldn’t it be attached so I could pay immediately? Iv emailed you twice and had no reply. So I’m not happy at all with the service.

Do not book with this hotel chain!

Do not book with this hotel chain!! Massively incompetent. We booked through Find Me A Gift a London theatre break - they know this chain of hotels is useless but happily sell this package for their cut. They are miles out from any theatre ( you were told you could choose) and are just booked in. Your tickets are supposed to arrive 48 hrs beforehand. Ours didn’t arrive at all! Neither Find me a gift or OMG will respond to emails and there are no phone numbers. Because we’d booked train tickets and everything felt so uncertain we decided to book another two theatre tickets at more cost to us. This is a scam at worst or total incompetence at best. Both companies should be looked at by the Trade Description Act. They are selling a deal that doesn’t exist and giving you a substandard deal that’s no reflection on what was sold. Shame on both companies!!!!!!

I've investigated this and can see you're referring to a voucher purchased externally from us. All tickets are issued within the time frame specified in the booking confirmation email you were sent. This explained when your tickets would arrive by and there would have been no need for you to purchase duplicate tickets and we can't comment on you deciding to do so. OMGhotels.com fulfil bookings for many thousands of happy travellers each year and I can see everything was provided accordingly in-line with what was purchased and this has now been resolved.

Do not use this Company to book a…

Do not use this Company to book a Luxury Theatre Break.

Booked a Luxury London Theatre break. We were supposed to be able to chose our hotel but it got booked automatically when we entered our dates and was 45 mins from theatre. The tickets for the Drifters were supposed to arrive 48 hours before departure. with 8 hrs to go they still hadn't arrived so we had to purchase two more. We emailed constantly for reassurance but no one got back to us. No telephone contact as per usual.

Terrible experience and terrible…

Terrible experience and terrible customer care.

Call out to my washing machine as it was tripping electrics. Engineer moaned because it was integrated for a start. Looked it over and said it needed a PCB board and would be back in touch but expect it to be about £200. Speaking to my neighbour later he suggested I try another plug socket to make sure. This I did and my machine sprang into action. It is running as it should after several wash loads and not tripping electrics. Clearly nothing wrong but a faulty socket. Received text to say part had been ordered and would cost £333.00!!! I explained what had happened and that it was disgusting that I was told I needed a part that I clearly didn’t therefore I requested a refund and to come off the maintenance scheme I had signed up for as I would have no further confidence dealing with them. I was charged a further £50 for cancelling and told even if I got an electrical report (this would cost me again) they would not consider a refund even if it proved the machine was in good working order as it would be considered my fault. How many people have been told they need a very expensive part which if double checked properly, they don’t really need? I would not recommend using this company ... be wary.

Bought this hose in 75ft length 18 months ago and paid £76.00 in total for delivery etc. It is a fantastic concept but the design is still not write as mine burst. This was a considered investment at that price and I would have expected it to last much longer.I was six months outside the guarantee so the customer care team said there was nothing they could or would do. I have written a letter of complaint that was recorded delivery and one month later have still not received a reply. Citizens advice have said in line with the Sale of Goods Act this hose is not fit for purpose and to pursue this matter further. High Street TV have an obligation and the power to sort this out with their supplier - watch this space.
