Received an email stating the item will be delivered on Saturday. It has not arrived and no further updates!

Probably a good company if you just need a standard insurance.
I needed to amend the Public liability policy. Had to go through the same quote again. Just to be told they cannot change it, they cannot go back to the underwriter.

Unbelievable service. 1st could not find the address. Gave a 2nd address via the supplier, as you are not allowed to do this your self. The driver delivered to an unknown address, took a picture. But no-one at DPD can let me know where it is. You cannot raise a complaint or speak to anyone higher up! If I could give minus stars I would. Utterly useless.

I have been waiting for 2 months for a refund due to not completing the contract. It states refund will be actioned 5-7 days.

Refund Policy
If an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice the deposit is non refundable.

"If your appointment is cancelled with more than 24 hours notice please allow 5- 7 working days for your refund to be processed and showing in your bank account. A restocking charge may apply if your boiler has already been ordered/delivered."

Nothing! Spoke to them emailed them 3 times! No communication back.

Please avoid this company

We were able to book 3 tickets for a concert.
It would have been helpful to be able to book the seats though, as we have a disabled daughter.

I needed a pair of trainers and they had them in stock.

When it goes wrong, no one takes responsibility. They just fob you off!

I would never use them again or recommend them! We sold our property the valuation expired by 6 weeks, they would not allow a retype to be done and want to charge a full valuation fee. It is a paper only exercise for a housing association. Not impressed!

If I could give 6 stars I would. Great product, delivered when promised, could not ask for more.

I would not purchase from this company if I had my time again . Its a shame you can't give no stars. 2 failed deliveries with no explanation. 2 months after the order was placed they finally delivered. The driver turned up in the morning when they agreed the afternoon. They could not install the shed due to time constraints, promised to come back. Never did. After 1 further month of emails and calls we paid to a professional to install it. I wish I had seen the other reviews (including Supreme sheds )before purchasing. Says it has a 15 year guarantee I will be amazed if they will honour it or are still be in business.

Great product, prompt delivery, fitted straight in, will use again if I drop the lap top
