The goods I ordered came promptly

The goods I ordered came promptly. However, I was concerned because it was an extremely hot day. I was last on the delivery list. By the time the goods arrived, the delivery men were completely exhausted, very hot, and glad that the job was their last. It was about 8 pm when they left my house to get back to the depot.

I was looking for an armchair to meet…

I was looking for an armchair to meet my specific mobility needs. It needed to be of sufficient height off the ground so that I could get up and stand comfortably.
The Salesman was not pushy, just quietly helpful.
Apart from the fact that the delivery date is 11 weeks away, I feel that I may have got what I wanted at a price I can afford.

It was not until the plumber had…

It was not until the plumber had completed the work that Best Technicians informed me of the price. Less than an hour’s work was done. £369!!
I protested, and the price came down to £320!
The plumber did not leave my house until the cash had cleared!!
This company are completeLy unscrupulous. The price is not stated upfront, even though i asked.
These prices are not reflective of standard rates at all.

Large parcel

A very large, unwieldy parcel was dumped on the doorstep. I’m 75, and it was obviously going to be a problem.
The driver said was it okay? I had no hint that he might help me through the door with this parcel. He turned and walked away. I did manage to roll it through the door.

I have bought two marvellous basset…

I have bought two marvellous basset hound puppies from this site.
Almost 15 years ago. Maisie came into my life. Now I have Flo. Beautiful healthy dogs. I bought both dogs on your Website, I am just one customer. I just thought it might be worth saying.
The question of price is tricky. Both my hounds were under £1000. A dog is priceless, but the prices now are just astronomical!! I hope this would price irresponsible owners out of the picture, but some folk have more money than sense !!

Engineer came

Engineer came, but i couldn’t stay due to emergency appointment. He promised to return, but didn’t.
I called Baxi, and was kept hanging on the phone for an hour. The operator said she would call back. She hasn’t.

Appalling

They did not bother to look for my daughter's address, or ask where the house was. It ruined my daughter's 40th birthday. So disappointed.
As it was such a special occasion, the refund doesn't even touch the distress it caused me, not to have sent a card, for my special daughter's birthday.
