On our first visit to DFS we were ignored for twenty minutes and when we asked for help, we were told someone would be over shortly. This never happened and we left. We returned the following week and were greeted more pleasantly and we ordered our furniture promptly. We were told on the order day that the furniture would take around 6 weeks but later received an email to say it would be three months. It actually arrived within the six weeks. We were charged for casters for both products we ordered but only one piece of furniture actually has them. I will be chasing this up and the salesman asked if we wanted a leather care kit (which I agreed to purchase) but he added one for each piece of furniture and I had not realised this. One would suffice so be careful when you check your order!
