Managed to stain a shirt instead of cleaning it, and couldn't even get it out afterwards. Use at your own peril...

I'm really sorry to hear this, we always do our best with every item that we get sent, and it's a shame that in this case we weren't able to get the stain out. Sometimes there are stains that cannot be removed without causing damage to the item, however I'm really sorry in this case if we put the stain in. We treat every garment that comes into our facilities with special care and attention, and I will investigate with the staff involved as to how this may have come about. I'm so sorry for the experience you have had with us, and please rest assured we are doing everything we can to prevent this happening in the future.
