Very disappointed with your service, received wrong and poor quality order and broken plates bad packaging. When I rang to speak to them, they were unhelpful and rude. This is not nice, but it’s fine as there’s plenty of other company I can buy from.
Received broken very badly packed 24 Churchill expensive rimmed pasta bowls. The plates were not good quality, colour is faded and box were not packed with any protective material. I have tried several times to contact customer service for refunds but still not dealt with. Their customer service is poor and I don’t think I’ll recommend fellow caterers to Buzz. I want my plates taken away and full refund please
I had placed this order on the 10 days ago but still waiting for my goods. I emailed the company but didn’t receive acknowledgment. I am still waiting for goods and refund. Really poor customer service.

Really bad service. They have sent my order to someone else’s address due to their IT error. When I called them they were not helpful. I now have to go through my bank for my money back.

Hello, this only came to light to us today when you called the office and we requested to see the order confirmation email. We have been in communication this afternoon to try and resolve the matter, as explained on the telephone, although the address input at the point of order was incorrect we are more than willing to work with you, contact the individual of the address supplied, to be able to collect the items and arrange for new items to be dispatched out to the correct address. On the supply of the order confirmation the goods have been dispatched to the confirmed address. It is unfortunate it’s a Friday afternoon/evening where nothing can be completed until Monday morning. As mentioned we are doing our best to help the situation, even though this is not our error.

Only thing was on my return I wanted to come in an earlier train but I was told to pay £77 extra,
Train was empty but did not allow without being flexible.
