Placed an order on Friday got my sons…

Placed an order on Friday got my sons ps5 controller, waited all weekend and finally received collection confirmation on Tuesday, my sons hasn’t been able to play on his console.

Fair customer service kept sending me around in circles. Otherwise good.

I walked into the store wanting a fridge freezet and was offered excelent advice in choosing the right fridge freezer. I was very happy and please as i left with the fridge freezer. However i woke up one morning to a pool of water so i rang up the store, they put me through to customer services who put me through to the manufacturers customer service, who then asked me to return it back to the store. I then rang up the store and after 4 hours of being on the phone having to take the day off work, as well as loosing out on all the frudge freezer items as the freezer wasnt working. I finally managed to bring the fridge freezer back, and upgraded for a larger one paying the diference.

We would always try and minimise inconvenience for our customer but certain manufacturers do insist on speaking to the customer to conduct basic fault finding in order to identify the nature of the fault; I apologise for any frustration this caused you.
