Did a first review back in 2015 when I began using their services as my hosting company and gave them a 5 Star review!
How this company has lost interest in customer needs since then is really unbelievable!
Now in 2020 I review them with 1star and would never ever recommend them to anyone.
Received an email today from their customer liaison dept', they were offering to give me the earth, if I kept my hosting with them and didn't continue with the cancellation that I had just put in place for the end of my billing cycle in 8 days time.
My reply:

After being with you for many years as a self employed web designer and developer. Also after bringing you much income:
All I have received especially over the last six months is lots if work and complaints from my clients, who put their trust in me.
You have cost me money and reputation.
Your customer service is now very slow and live chat especially bad. With agents more interested in up selling, than solving the problem. Which in most cases they can't. As your cloud infrastructure seems to be dying on its feet.
Recently migrating all my sites personally to another host has been time consuming and costly to me on a personal level.
You guys do not seem to understand, how hard it is to carve a living as a self employed person....Nor do you care, that is the most apparent and frustrating things.
I actually said in one live chat or email, you should actually pay resellers to sell your services, rather than charge them for this privilege.
