Still waiting for a parcel i ordered mid December they are absolutely crap excuse after excuse .Just received my parcel, not bad only around a month to deliver. I was told a week ago my postage refund was done, guess what ,it wasn't. Just got the refund today after more and more complaints. The whole company are full of s**t lies after lies can not speak to anyone, ask questions on the web chat and all you get is the same reply not even answering the question. I would leave -5 stars if I could . If you want any goods in a hurry don't order from this shower. No customer service or care at all. I would not recommend anyone to use this outfit. Gone down hill very badly since sports direct took over even their Cardiff store is a dump inside ,all changing rooms dirty and no lights very few staff etc.

My first order of this item never arrived i phoned up go outdoors and they said they have re ordered because the other has got lost ,guess what I have not seen the 2nd order either. What a total waste of time this company is I would leave zero star if possible. If you want your choice of product I suggest you order it elsewhere with someone who cares as this lot are a pile of S..t

Ordered before Christmas and still not received any thing

I would give -5 if I could . The whole company are full of bull s**t. My parcel was a week late on delivery no one updates the tracking so i arranged after many hours of trying to get hold of someone to collect my parcel ,I drove 15 miles to the depot , when i got there i was met by an ignorant woman who said we are not serving customers with pick ups today as we are to busy. She then told me it would take about 6 hours to find it . I got hold of manager tore him a new ars**ole and he eventually got someone to get it for me, 5 minutes later he handed it over to me, how difficult was that. They persistently lie to you. The drivers say they tried to deliver but no card left, funny old thing as I and wife were here all day. When i phoned customer services the guy i spoke to said they have not been to your postcode because they are to busy , more lies from DPH. They are a total shambles and full of s**t, i will never use this outfit again and i urge others to think twice. bunch of w*nk*rs

ordered on 30/11/22 and still not received it. change delivery company, royal mail are crap, until this happens, I will not order anything else.

Brilliant company to deal with, Gary the chap who helped me was excellent he was very friendly, and his communication could not have been any better. The delivery was also brilliant, I ordered late afternoon and the pallet of goods I purchased was on my drive at 9.30am the next day you cannot beat that The x40 Wham vista pots I bought are of excellent quality, they feel very strong, look great and all complete with good drain holes etc and are good value. I 100% recommend Gary and the Plastic box shop.

I ordered several items online for next day delivery. after I placed my order i was told some items were coming straight from adidas these were showing in stock on your web site ,then adidas emailed me to tell me they are not in stock and my order was delayed as nil stock. I waited 2 weeks phoned adidas direct and was told best to cancel your order. What a joke 2 weeks wait and still no goods why do you advertise these items as being in stock when they are clearly not. just not good enough. Or why deal with a joke outfit as adidas. I will buy elsewhere in future. Also my other items did not arrive next day, they took 3 days. A reply would be good

I have a Lakes Bathroom shower screen that I purchased around 15 years ago which is still in perfect working order but I wanted a new lower seal. I phoned and spoke to a guy in lakes bathrooms who was ever so helpful, he guided me to the online site where I could order my replacement parts, I ordered my parts on the Monday and they were on my doorstep Tuesday lunchtime all very well packaged and they had even included some extra parts free of charge that were not listed on their site that I also required. I can not fault the service I have received from start to finish, highly recommend lakes bathrooms.

Easy web site to use good choice of cards etc. My card was delivered on time and my nephew loved it .The price was also fair for £7 I had an A4 card with a photo I sent them printed on it and delivered. It would cost that much in well known super markets for the card alone. I have not seen it myself so can not comment on the quality but I am sure if there were any issues my sister would have told me.

excellent customer service and communication from Ross. They went out of their way to find me replacement buffers for my seat. Once ordered delivery was in a couple of days can't fault that. Very happy customer and have already used again with the same outcome.
