Absolutly brilliant company to deal with. I have made a few enquiries through email and every one has been answered within 30 minutes. The web site is easy to navigate and a good choice to tools. I ordered a Makita plunge saw and battery kit plus accessories, the price was very good,best on the web. The power tools etc that I ordered on Wednesday afternoon arrived the next day at lunchtime, everything was very well packaged, you can not fault that. I can highly recomend Howe tools and I will certainly use again for any further purchases

Excellent service from tools4trade ,I ordered my work benches on Tuesday, delivery by DPD on Wednesday. Can not fault that. Product was very well packaged and both were in perfect condition. Product is also brilliant value for money extremely sturdy,quick to erect and all complete with clamps etc. Highly recommend Product and tools 4trade.

Very good company to deal with, easy web site to navigate, good choice of products. I ordered a 10m x 1m roll of basket liner, communication on delivery update was good , the delivery was very quick, a fair price and the quality of the product is excellent, far better than the wafer thin stuff from DIY shops. Chocolates lovely as usual, the delivery was well over the promised time and the communication regarding updates on my order were very poor. 5 days to get an answer from customer services only to tell me the warehouse is having issues with delivery. Why did it take an email from me to find out where my goods were, they should be contacting me to tell me there is an issue and the goods will be late.

Ordering easy, lady phoned to clarify everything, she was very helpful. Kept up to date regarding delivery, driver phoned to say he was 15 minutes away, they were very friendly efficient and took great care of my new cooker during delivery. 100% recommend AO.COM

My Stuart Turner shower pump purchased 10 months ago went faulty. I phoned Anchor pumps where I purchased it from and explained the issue, Lauren was very helpful where she gave me the number to contact Stuart Turner who in turn did their investigation to prove it had been fitted correctly. They issued me with a number to give to Anchor pumps for a replacement. I emailed Lauren again and she said a new replacement pump would be with me the next day.
I received my pump free of charge the following day, fitted it and I now have my shower again. I was extremely happy with the service and communication I received from Lauren and Anchor pumps and would 100% recommend the company.
