My initial order was left at the wrong…

My initial order was left at the wrong house, after they provided me pictures of the delivery only after I had written about a message saying package received (it took a couple of days to get the photos) and back and forth correspondence, then I sent photos of my house the sign pointing to my house before the company would even acknowledge that a mistake had been made, they offered to redo my order but I needed to wait at least a week before inquiring about it. I do hope the product is worth all that I have been through and it makes it for its appointed time frame (Easter), but as of now I would not recommend shopping with them (this is just my personal opinion).

From the day I received my notification… it has been an awful experience.

From the day I received my notification that my bag was going to be delivered problems arose, unfortunately, it did not show up, so I wrote three days after the delivery date and was told to look around the neighborhood or ask the post office, I replied to the company, that the said date of delivery was a Sunday and nothing had been found or seen, they quickly wrote back and said they would investigate. 24-48 hours later I received notification that my package was in route, finally my wallet showed up (zipper damaged) and 24 hours later the bag showed up. This has been an awful experience for the price of this bag and the fact it has damage, I was told to send a video of the zippered part or apply moisturizing cream to it, this does not sit well with me but you live and you learn.

I have been using this service for a…good while

I have been using this service for a while I make sure my payments are made most of the time before they are due, but last week trying to make a purchase (made one on 9/23, then on 9/29 I was denied) I was denied and the reason was even crazier than the denial so I just paid everything off I owed, I will take my money else where for now.

A happy customer

I have been more than pleased in the past 10 years or so that I have been ordering my Christmas cards the quality is A one, I have not received anything that I didn't like, this company is awesome!
