Information driver rang 15 mins from us Father and son unwrapped bed/headboard/mattress packed plastic away assembled bed .Ihad had an email previously telling me date of delivery with a 3 hour time window They arrived approx 1hr into window Polite efficient would use again Thankyou
Drivers were late [no phone call] White glove delivery booked Tall young lad argued that collection was not organised or paid for for old chair.Driver was in cab.Eventually came in and argued that they wouldn't have space on the motor for return.Driver phoned office and found out all was OK.New chair delivered from Morris Living Perfunctory handover NOT white glove service Completely ruined my 90 yo husband;s return from 10 w.eek stay in hospital.We are happy with the chair but not the delivery and surprise surprise They had room for the return

Booked a donation of furniture as my husband is coming home after an illness and we need the space for a downstairs bed Had a text the day before to say they would not collect so all my arrangements with the hospital have had to go on hold and my husband has to remain in hospital longer than he wants to .Why accept in the first place?

I'm sorry to hear we couldn't collect your items on this occasion, and the inconvenience this caused you and your husband.
The initial submission of your items is always followed up with a text to confirm whether we can or cannot collect your items. We advice people to wait until they've received this text to make any finalised arrangements. It sounds like this wasn't clear and we'll make sure the webpage is reviewed.
In the meantime I'm going to DM you for further information so we can investigate.
