Absolute disgrace. Ordered from K.F.C yesterday. Placed the order at 11.40am, food arrived at 5.20pm ! Stone cold with items missing. Recieved a £10 voucher on my account, which I was disgusted with. Ordered Pizza Hut tonight, and says its been delivered....NOT TO MY HOUSE IT HASNT !!! Absolute joke. NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER ANYTHING THROUGH DELIVEROO

I have payed off 13 transactions off in 15 months. Over £1850 worth of goods. Never late, always on time, some months early. With nothing owed, I thought I would spend £40 through Openpay. We must carry out a Credit check.....??????? Contacted customer service, and was told ' We always carry out credit checks" Which is a bare faced lie. I have purchased £380 speakers previously WITHOUT A CREDIT CHECK. So this is how you treat a loyal customer????Stick your limited shops up your @rse. I Will take my hard earned money to Zip, Clearpay, Laybuy and Zilch, who ACTUALLY APPRECIATE A CUSTOMER WHO HAS NEVER MISSED A PAYMENT ans spends good money. Openpay, good riddance
