Terrible company, hostile tactics. They followed up on a parking fine letter, which they say is the 2nd time they've tried to contact me. Incorrect this is the first so parking fine increased from £60 to £170. A random figure they just plucked out of thin air.

Went to a gym for a day pass and gym didnt even tell me to register my car.

What is this world coming too. How can people who work for companies such as these sleep at night.

Also why is it so confusing what the peak/off peak times are

I spent an hour talking live chat and they would not action a refund for a cancelled order to my bank account even though in my account it clearly states that they have actioned the refund.

I spoke to "Pamela" and "Violet" if that even is there real names and they were both condescending and downright dismissive about the fact that I had used their cancelled order when in fact it was impossible.

I had an order originally for 1 item of 52kg and I cancelled it within an hour for a new order of 2 items of 26kg each. Then 2 items were picked up, which obviously indicates that the new order was used otherwise they wouldnt have picked up 2 items as the cancelled order was for 1 item.

I'm absolutely furious how they can take your money and have no recourse for their actions.

Well TNT i will never ever use your service again your disgusting.

P.S don't believe them if they eventually do reply to this as they lied to me about receiving my refund orginally
