Want your food the same day you order

Want your food the same day you order, use another place as Lieferando will not be ensuring the quality or expected delivery speed is upheld.

So if you are ordering dinner unless you got 2+ hours to wait on top of the expected delivery time, then you may choose this app, but otherwise do not expect service, help or delivery on the same date.

They directly lied about the vacation

Do not purchase a trip with FTI.
They lied to me and my girlfriend about what was included in the travel and what was possible at the resort.

They claimed dyving and windsurfing was possible and even that windsurfing was included in the price, however, this was quickly debunked by the hotel manager as not possible and not having been an option at their hotel.
At best they could offer some sailing in a small kanoo, but this was currently not possible due to legal issues.

Overall the hotel we got was nice and the staff was nice too, but FTI mislead us with false promises and is refusing to assist in any way without a fight.

So a vacation that should have been fun has turned into a legal battle where we are looking to sue for breach of contract and fraudulent marketing.

Fun little note.
Even the hotel knew that FTIs advertisement for all inclusive was extremely misleading, as not everything is included.
So they have been in contact with FTI about changing some wording there, however, FTI has technically accommodated this, but you need to go to a very specific spot on their website to truely be correctly informed about what is included in an "all-inclusive"

So overall 10 out of 10 would get lawyer involved again :)

Buggy app and customer support is rude

I contacted HelloFresh because I had tried my first week of food and was happy, but I wanted to pause the service for a bit since the food they offered after did not look good.

They did that no problem, even refunded for the order I had not cancelled in time.

My service was paused for a month, but 2 weeks into the pause I decided to cancel my subscription to ensure I did not forget about it, and suddenly get charged.

Yesterday I got charged money even after I had tried to cancel using their HelloFresh application.

And the customer agent I spoke with, speaks over me, and does not allow me to finish explaining what has happened or even ask relevant questions.

In the end, it feels like a yelling contest with one of the most unprofessional customer service agents I have ever spoken with.

He explained I had to know the subscription cancellation only happens once an email is sent from them confirming it, otherwise you are stuck with their service forever.

I asked him to cancel my subscription and also give me some legal information for his department in Germany, and he said he would cancel, and did not and gave no relevant information.

In fact now I am waiting for another call from his "supervisor" that can happen at any moment when they feel it's time to follow up on that promise, no timer frame or anything just whenever they feel like.

And they still have me caught in their subscription scheme, you apparently can first get out of whenever they feel it is okay to send a confirmation email to verify this.

Stay away unless you want to read a guide on how to unsubscribe from this service, and even if you do, that you have only used their web version where they "promise" you will get an email confirming the cancellation, the same way they promised to cancel my subscription.

Honestly, find something better, this company will only get you caught in legal disputes over the validity of a contract, you can only terminate if their buggy application or site allows for it.

2 gaming pc's that have a long list of problems

Me and my girlfriend bought 2 of the same gaming PC's from memory PC.

We got it, and my girlfriends pc has a power supply that breaks 3 days into having gotten the PC.

Memory sends a replacement (power supply), and I install it as they told me to do so.
After that not even 1 month in my PC gets slow and I can only download 1 thing at a time because for some reason my PC takes all internet to download 1 program and leaves nothing for anything else (not internet issues), and this fixes once I restart the pc 2 or 3 times.
Also the PC Was slow so we call tech support 2 or 3 times and they cannot tell what is wrong or even help with anything other than reinstall the PC.

My last contact with the company I was told it could be a corrupt SSD or other issues with the windows installation, and to send it in for repair.

Now my girlfriends PC also has the same issue and the last customer support I spoke told me again to send now both our PC's in for repair and that they cannot extend warranty or supply a replacement while the issue is ongoing.

In fact I was even told an exchange could only be given if an issue happens 30 days into getting the PC.

In addition when I was looking around the PC I noticed while it is nicely set up Memory PC is cheeping out on cheap power supplies, LED and CPU cooling fans, so expect to make full use of that 2 year warranty if you buy from them.

All in all buy from another site if you need a reliable PC.

Out of all the customer care agents I spoke with it was only 1 agent I got to speak to who was competent and wanted to help.
