Ordered items over a week ago

Ordered items over a week ago, they still have not arrived. The set was for my Daughters 9th birthday, which has been and gone. I had to buy from another store so she could have her gift on time.
Turned out to be a stressful and costly mistake buying from mastercubestores.se
A mistake I shall not make again.

Super fast delivery

Super fast delivery, good shop safe payments ! BUT item (privacy screen protector) was a bit crap as can't use fingerprint sensor anymore (S21) but that's the gamble with 3rd party accessories.

Worst experience I've ever encountered…

Worst experience I've ever encountered with a network provider.
Could not call or text for three days.
After finally working my way through the maze of crap to get in touch with a human 3 times nothing was resolved.
Plus could not register online as my number was already in use with another account holder.
Absolute rubbish.

Dear Jenny I'm afraid you're very wrong, I've never had an EE account before. It also tells me that my NUMBER is in use with another account holder. So don't try to pass blame. We won't be doing anything, my journey with EE is finished.

Never received goods, & they stole money from my account

Never received goods, told many different story's from different "customer service" operators, from the delivery company lost the package, to it was returned to them as they couldn't find me.
Bla bla..
Paid once, 3 weeks later i was charged again.
Recovering funds via bank.
Terrible experience. Would never recommend this company to anyone.

Order took 5 days to be picked

Order took 5 days to be picked wasn't packed until I contacted them a second time. Now it has been 12 days and I still have not received my order. I'm living in Sweden, I often order from the UK with many other companies and the delivery time is around 3 days.
I did receive an apology for any inconvenience caused. Doesn't help. Yet to see how much of my order has gone off.

Terrible service. I will never use them again.
Items were available for pick up today 12 days after ordering. Items that I paid for were missing from the box. Your reply is meaningless, I contacted customer services several times as I didn't understand how it could possibly take nearly a week to pack items into a box.

OK but not great

Sure you recieve your items .. you can return them with very little fuss to. But.. I've had items removed from my order. I've received worn clothing. Orders cancelled for no reason after payment was taken. I did recieve a full refund after 4 days. But still it's a pain in the butt. Anyhow they are at least trustworthy. Just not very organised.
