Ridiculous company

Ridiculous company - Principals Catering - needs to be closed or new systems and people should be in place.

Overpaid meal days many times on their website for my childrens meals (as their system does not correctly place the school holidays - despite them being listed on their website!) - New terms come, then you receive a letter stating that your in arrears and your child wont receive a meal!

Website is extremely poor, written in the 80's as it doesnt work. Then when you 'bulk buy' it also doesnt work correctly and crashes with 'Heroku Application Error', so you have to start all over again.

Previous orders are removed each term (probably because they take your money and then there is no way of viewing what you had paid for)

On the up side, the actual dinner staff at the school are amazing! (Just a shame what goes on behind)

Save your self commiseration - send your child to school with a packed lunch, it works out better in the long run.

Also, luckily they use PayPal - you are able to raise a dispute based on what you have not received

Turned up smashed - don’t respond to emails

My glass arrived quickly - and upon unboxing the glass (which I admit had been packaged well) the glass was unfortunately smashed. Despite me emailing the company a handful of times (without any response) I have now been forced to open a PayPal dispute to try and gain my money back.

Really good, convenient and safe!

Really good!

I use Gatwick parking most weeks when commuting abroad, there are of course cheaper car parks. However, this is the most convenient, quick and secure (without waiting for a bus). Most of the time the new ANPR system cannot read your registration, but 1 - 2 minutes on the telecom at the barrier and you are off.

What an amazing company

What an amazing company, this is my 5th year using them! Customer service is always top notch, and they always try to help despite being an online commerce giant.

Sometimes items turn up a day later than mentioned, however - this is usually out of their control.

If items are broken / faulty, they replace them or refund them without question!

One option I would like to see for returns again, is the option to return an item

Rude and careless!

Rude and careless!
Workers turned up at 0630, thats fine there was a potential gas leak (there actually was not one in the end) - by 0830 I need to leave for the school run, work and several other errands to run on the way. The two SGN vans are still outside (parked across my driveway), I politely ask them to move, they tell me they are on their morning break (whilst smoking some kind of drugs)!?! They did not move despite thinking they can do and park as they wish! As a last resort, I had to call the police! which finally moved them on. What an embarrassment and un-need for police time, when all they had to do was move their vans. Its not as if they were working. There were no holes dug up or anything, just plain rude workers.

Absolutely shambles of a company - Folkestone Branch

Absolutely shambles of a company. I made an offer on a property recently, which was then on hold due to issues with boundaries. I was told that once these issues were resolved the offer(s) could go further. I have then found out to my disappointment that an offer was accepted without the opportunity or courtesy call to increase mine (which could have been a lot more money for the seller - unfortunately they do not know this). The situation was that since Ward and Partners have sold a house for both sellers they have decided to take a quick win on the situation at hand. I am very glad that I did not decide to sell with Ward and Partners since I would have probably lost money.

I will be writing to the land owner to inform them of the disgusting service from Ward and Partners and to explain due to their incompetency and unprofessionalism, he has lost out on a lot of money. I will also be writing to The Property Ombudsman.

I would absolutely not recommend Ward & Partners Folkestone branch due to this.

Absolute shambles of a company!

Absolute shambles of a company!

Delimiter are extremely rude to customers, their attitude absolutely stinks. They blame customers for their own issues and are in complete denial. There is a support guy called Paul who think's he is some kind of God - closes support tickets and is extremely patronising and rude.

I wish I had never used this company from the start - they are just horrible

Unfortunately we had a re-seller who …

Unfortunately we had a re-seller who went rogue and removed our DNS entries etc. We contacted Unlimited Web Hosting, who would not help at all. Calls took 4 - 5 attempts to answer. Now we have our business which is left uncontactable via email / website as we cannot receive help for not being 'the account holder' even though we went via a reseller.

Because we 'are not a direct customer' they are un-willing to help. Terrible attitude towards a business who now cannot do anything other than try to take the reseller to court.

For this reason and from my experieicences I would not recommend Unlimied Web Hosting - nor using a re-seller via them.

Fast delivery and before Christmas!

Fast delivery using Panther couriers - they were great too. One downside to Furniture 123 is they just send you an email a day before the delivery. So logistics with taking time off work could be a pain.

I am just disgusted

I was absolutely disgusted with Plusnet for the past year. The contract end date couldn't have come sooner. Not only did they overcharge me by double for 5 months (each time me complaining about it), they had a huge outage and then charged me for leaving their rubbish service. I was on a Business tier - the speeds I was receiving were worse than 3G speeds in my area. This review is no over exaggeration, I have now successfully moved to a more reputable ISP.
