Overall very happy with the three rooms…

Overall very happy with the three rooms I’ve had the windows fitted too, not a fan of the sales process a price and buy it now price added a bit of pressure,
But very good communication and the fitting team were excellent did a great job and cleaned up after them, couple of small issues with the bay window but everything was sorted without any trouble.

The lady I spoke to was excellent and sorted out my direct debit issue out for me
The only thing is this is the second time I’ve had to ring to stop you doubling my direct debit I’ve only got it low to cover the standing charges as the property is empty and waiting for the sale to go through, hopefully I won’t have to ring again next month with the same problem

The service I’ve always had with all the people I’ve spoken to is excellent always friendly and helpful


The one thing you need to address is getting through to speak to someone ( covid shouldn’t be an excuse now) last 3 times has been 20 to 45 minutes which isn’t very good
