Firstly, I’d say from start to finish from the initial quote by Mark to the outstanding finish performed by the crew what a job, it has transformed my house. The team that carried out the work were incredible hard-working ,meticulous, and couldn’t be more polite. They cleared up every night and you wouldn’t know that they were here. If you want this type of work doing I would choose ERG for a stressless experience.
Given them five stars on trust pilot doesn’t tell the whole story and I’m pleased to say that there are companies out there that still do a complete job.

From start to finish this company was awful, which is a shame because there windows are actually very good . I ordered first windows , I received no communication about when they would be delivered. After 3 weeks I was given 2 dates were I took time off work , the windows never arrived , I phoned supplyonly who said windows had left and it was the couriers fault , contacted the couriers who said they hadn’t received the windows , backward and forward not one apology x 3rd time windows delivered. Because of the good quality of the windows i decided to give them a second chance , wrong move . Delivered wrong glass size which meant my property was unsecured for 3 weeks after frames were in with no glass. First guy blamed my builder for not measuring the glass before fitting , I then spoke to the owner , i wanted to know when the glass would be delivered, I also let him be aware of the poor service I had received , when I said that that a certain female member of staff hadn’t bothered to phone me back he became irrate , I presume it must be his wife , I then questioned about glass and if I would get any compensation for having to get joiner out again and taking days off , his exact words were, ahh I see the big “C” word and told me basically it was all about getting money off him . At this point after all the hassle, lies , and frustration I slammed the phone down. Never use this company.

Good advice, abit sketchy regarding contrasting pipping on the sofa but this was because the manufacturer hadn't made this clear on the sales paperwork . The Assistant immediately contacted Italy to get more information . Altogether a good experience ,coffee poor haha.

From start to finish the perfect kitchen with the wow factor. High quality,brilliant fitters , nothing was to much trouble . My only trouble was getting the rubbish collection post kitchen fit , this sullied the experience slightly. I would have no hesitation in recommending Wren . Brilliant Regards
