I bought through Knight Frank Belsize Park and they were just amazing. I had a crack team of two fantastic (female) agents pushing through the deal and resolving any issues that came up. Transparent, efficient, and authentically down to earth, they upended all my assumptions about estate agents in general, and Knight Frank. If/when I sell, it will definitely be through them.

Super fast and efficient switching process. Resolved an address error which meant I wasn't coming up on the postcode search. Great rates. Superb service all round.

Dire. Erroneously placed on a quarantine list despite testing negative, being fully vaccinated and returning from an amber country. Appalling customer service with phone line cutting people off and web link goes to a dead end. Unresolved despite 2 hours of my time wasted. Recommend you pay the extra £20 and use Collinson instead.

Really lovely shutters - flawless and flawlessly installed. Lots of great advice from the fitter on wood finish, slat size and configuration. The service is efficient and responsive all round. It took a while to get them made but was worth the wait as they look amazing, and have minimal light leakage too.

Pet Prescription do a great service. Meds are vastly cheaper than at my vet and they post very soon after you upload your prescription. I didn't have the best start as the prescription didn't upload first time round so there was a delay, but since then I've used them about four times and been really happy with the service. Recommend.
