The fitting instructions are emailed in advance unfortunately they are pretty lacking, otherwise 5 stars.

I ordered 3 canon printer cartridges. 2 were in stock and arrived within 2 days the other was out of stock and arrived a day later. Excellent delivery, I was kept informed by email of status and sent email invoices. Prices are competitive and the web site is easy to navigate.

I ordered a surround sound system, the website is easy to use but I wanted to ring and order over the telephone regarding some query as I wanted a 6.1 system rather than the usual 5 or 7.1. The man I spoke to was friendly and helpful. They had stock of most parts and the items not in stock were obtained within a couple of days.
The prices were equal or better than anywhere else.
Delivery was included and had a good tracking service online giving a reasonable idea of delivery time.
All the parts were delivered in perfect condition and work fine.
