delays at depot for days making you stay in as not to miss them
I avoid them usually but made a mistake this time as I really needed the item from eBay

they never call back after requesting callback
I always avoid Evri now but this time was unavoidable as sender stated RM then sent Evri!
How they stay in business is beyond me as are the ratings shown on this web site for them

Absolutely terrible.
NO contact number- absolutely NONE
NO email (not ONE email address)
Only a message box that can literally (incredible as it may seem) take an hour and a half before you actually connect to an agent who knows nothing and just raises a ticket which is never answered.
Stay well away from them as I have been trying to gain access to my legitimate funds for a month and still have runaround.
Have 4 unanswered tickets with some folk telling me it takes MONTHS to reply.
When you start winning you will find you cannot withdraw your funds. Even small amounts!

one hour slot means nothing when they repeatedly never turn up and then outright lie when contacting them
also have left parcels on main street that have gone missing losing me money (150 pounds).. and seem disinterested in investigating.
Now avoid any seller that uses Evri and recommend same to my family and friends

Nine days waiting for parcel
No online chat (has been taken offline)
No way to contact customer services (do they exist?)
Completely misleading information on tracking.
They ask you to contact them and then give you more misleading information or outright lies.
I usually avoid Yodel because of numerous bad experiences but this was slipped through.

left parcel outside main apartment block entrance on the main street of a busy street in the pouring rain and then it (obviously) went missing!!!!
absolutely terrible service and I now avoid ANY seller that uses evri
Also don't give a damn when contacting them

Absolutely disgusting.
Put through to an Indian call centre who spent ten minutes refusing to speak about my issue unless I 'upgraded' my plan. I refused but the woman insisted unless I upgraded.
She then just plainly refused to speak until I upgraded my plan as it was 'necessary'.
After 15 minutes I terminated the call - is this policy???
She was also asking my credit card details!!! And yes this was O2!!!
Terrible and possibly illegal.

Not arrived on 48 hour delivery nearly a week later - stuck in delivery depot.
Excuses so far
1. Will arrive between these times ignore the online tracking (obviously never arrived).
2. Depot short staffed (!)
3. Parcel has been "temporarily" lost (and it is a big box!)
4. Numerous promises of call backs - never received any.
Every call yields a new excuse. I am convinced they just make things up.

Then told after it didn't arrive on time "the van had a punctured tyre" and will not be receiving it today.
They treat us as fools.

Parcel 14 days and still not delivered - tracking is all over the place but it never seems to move anywhere.

They have had parcel 11 days on a next day delivery and keep cancelling delivery and then saying it will be next working day. An appalling service.
Gets worse - attempted delivery after 18 days... took photo to prove but never rang my buzzer

They try hard to be excellent. If they could have a phone contact for customer service would be even better. But email customer services excellent.
Out of around 200 online orders over ten years 85% were reasonable and around 15% were no hassle returns.
