This was an occasion of (repeat) ordering an item for my wife, that she has bought many times over previous years: 1 x 213002/Liz Earle Set of 14 Pure Cotton Cloths.
Quite uneventful:
• Item was ordered at 1701 hours on 14 June 2025
• I received confirmation of order same evening
• Despatch confirmation received following day
• Order received on 17 June 2025 at 1555 hours after a one day delay during which Evri was unable to deliver package.
Other than the incident with Evri, which is par for the course with that outfit, there is nothing much to write about. I ordered an item and three days later, it was delivered. [Shoulder shrug]

• Courier repeatedly fails to deliver parcels to front door, preferring to leave them at roadside, at what he/she deems to be the 'safe place', despite no such request having been made.
• Address label included instruction: "Deliver to front door" instead of which, the cardbox was left at the roadside, in a puddle!
• In terms of this review, of two packages expected, only one was delivered.
• Suppliers really need to rethink their choice of 'delivery provider' instead of Evri. The day this business goes out of business cannot arrive too soon
