No customer service...no live person.

No customer service...no live person.
Did not send return label but sent out
a rug and presumably used my Credit Card.
It appears they kept the number.....but how
would I know
when there is NO ONE to talk to.
Beware when a phone number is offered
but it only refers you back to their website!!
Not worth the effort and crazy making
attempts to communicate!!

I purchased several pieces of furniture…

I purchased several pieces of furniture and a pricey
rug.

Their furniture that is now in their stores is made in
Vietnam. It has a terrible smell inside of the pieces
that do NOT go away, no matter what.
The dresser: left the drawers open, windows open, put bakng soda inside a container in each of the eight drawers, tested an item of clothing 3 weeks after delivery...transferred immediately to the clothes.
Rug....almost $5,000...when opened (mailed to me),
a different nondescript pattern and faded color...
wrong side table, wrong finish....chair....fabric from China....not stated on website.
EXHAUSTED and disappointed.

I have been a platinum card holder for…

I have been a platinum card holder for many years. The image of this company and it’s customer service has not been true for a long time. They really bend towards benefitting the merchant no matter how much information you “upload” which is the only way you provide information. Travel?? I tried to reach a “travel advisor” last week through four conversations, verifications and call backs. NO HELP. A $550.00 card that they think is worth more. For what? Customer service? No. Travel?
Definitely not. Frustration and time waster. Yes…worth all of the $550.00.

low level service...drivers, attitude, car, experience.

The turbaned driver called associates and whomever and had conversations in Indian. That is just rude. The car was mediocre
and not too clean. The driver seemed to be put out having to drive
at all. He dumped my suitcases. The obvious demand for the tip amount on the screen is a very unpleasant experience but he got 20% although promoting 25% for this great experience.
Nevertheless he dumped my suitcases unceremoniously.
