I filled in all the questions about good etc. when saw the plan it was not what I wanted. Deleted the app straight away and thought that was the end of it then got charged the following month. Can’t get money back. Rubbish company steer well away

I got an appointment very quickly. Usually have trouble getting my blood but Jenny did it first time and painless. Results were all through within 48 hours. The only downside was that my doctors didn’t agree with the reference ranges on the results.

Had problems with Watsons in the past but they assured me they had improved. Oil delivered on time just didn’t put in the amount ordered, over 100 litres less even though the tank would have taken it and more.
I placed an order and paid for it should have been delivered 4 December still not arrived. Contacted them and still no order. Rubbish company and customer service
My daughter received flowers today and gave them to me. Winters whisper never worth the money 3 small spray carnations, 2 roses, 2 other flowers and loads and loads of greenery. I appreciate her giving them to me as they were for her but I would never order these to send to anyone.

Placed order and was told it would be delivered within 10 days. Notified that it was arriving the next day, but it didn’t arrive. 12 days after I placed order I rang to find out when it would be delivered, I was told that it was 10 working days not 10 days! They then asked if there was anyone aged over 75 in the house, when I told them yes it was delivered the next day. They then took payment the day it was delivered but I am still waiting for invoice. My previous order wasn’t any better. I asked to be notified when oil would be delivered but wasn’t informed, then 10 days after delivery they told me it would be arriving, the date was the date it had already been delivered.
Love Lily O’Briens Chocolates, especially when you get a great offer. Arrived promptly. I bought them for presents but I wish I had bought some for myself.
Ordering was very easy. Delivered the next day. Updated on order from start to when it was delivered. Recipient loved them would buy from Serenata Flowers again.
