The app is useless
The app is useless. I must have given up on at least 10 series over the past few years as the amount of buffering after adverts and between episodes makes programmes unwatchable.

2 hours later I'm still trying to book
2 hours later I'm still trying to book! The system keeps crashing and I got timed out twice I hadn't completed my booking... because the website had a fault!
I now can't use my voucher as the system says its already in use with a different booking!!

I'm afraid I had to refuse delivery of the mug as it was smashed in the box. There wasn't any wrapping inside the box so no surprise it was broken.
