Completely cra*p experience!
Completely cra*p experience!. Sent Monday for "next day delivery". Tuesday - claimed "mechanical failure" or "unexpected demand" - week after Black Friday - who could have guessed?!.
Due for delivery today (wednesday), but no time provided. SMS alerts never triggered. Claimed that delivery was attempted, no-one in. I've been in all day yesterday and today, so thats a Lie. Promised for Thursday. Arrived late afternoon (again, no SMS alerts). I asked the driver where he went yesterday, he said "Oh, I didn't attempt delivery - I just didn't have time".
I don't blame the driver - UPS load them up with too much to do.
Royal Mail next day delivery would have been more reliable. Rubbish
