Review of Parcel Monkey UK
I have used Parcel Monkey on a number of occasions on 2 occasions I was charged a small additional sum because my parcel measurements weren't as accurate as the carriers. I recently sent a parcel to NZ at a cost of £72.03 and a week after it was delivered I was informed by email that an additional sum of £64.89 had been taken from my account because the parcel dimensions were not as I stated. After numerous emails to parcel monkey and three phone calls to Norsk European, the carrier, I was advised that unless I had photographic evidence to confirm the dimensions and weight of the parcel the charge would stand. Luckily the courier who collected my parcel were able to confirm for me the dimensions they had taken when they collected the parcel. Norsk notified me they were charging me on the basis their measurements had calculated my parcel was 74*74*26 when in fact it was 47*47*27 as I was able to prove with the aid of the information provided by the courier. I have now received a refund of the amount I was overcharged but no contact from Norsk apologizing for their error. I will certainly not be using parcel monkey again and would advise anyone who is to take photographic evidence of the dimensions and weight of the parcel.

My experience with this compay appears to be the opposite of most reviewers . We were quoted an excellent price for the house sign we were looking for and Gareth even gave us a large piece of slate to see how it would look on the house. We then received a telephone call confirming the sign was available.
I have no concerns about the service or the quality of the product we received.
