It's now 11/6/25 and I still haven't received them. DX EXPRESS keep emailing me to say they'll deliver every day but they never do. They have all my delivery details and phone number but never call or
I've still not got my delivery. Paid in full but your choice of courier is useless and lies about attempts to deliver and nobody being home to receive the delivery. They have my phone number but have never attempted to call when in the postcode area. Loads of emails and messages saying that they'll deliver every day but never show up or even drive down the driveway.
I need the batteries for my solar system and feel cheated.

The ferry from Roscoff to Plymouth was…
The ferry from Roscoff to Plymouth was cancelled and I had to buy another ticket from Cherbourg to Poole. I have paid for 3 crossings and only taken 2. I'd like a refund for the cancelled ferry but your system makes it almost impossible to achieve this.
Your customer services phone does not connect and disconnects the line before the dial tone works. Altogether disgraceful.
