An other wise good swift transaction with AO who I have used several times, was made decidedly average by their carrier. Regardless of what information I have them it took 3 attempts to get it delivered. You need to refresh your delivery protocols with DPD, as they won’t leave without a signature from the address, even though I agreed to having it left with neighbours or in my safe location.

Had 2 separate sets of pictures as the App is very hard to mix and match physical sizes of photos. Due to this issue I had 2 different delivery rates that varied by about a pound.

Easy to use and order. All the information given on the site, easy to follow and access. Follow up call prompted me to recheck and change the design slightly once the advisor mentioned all my options around what I had ordered. Shame about the manufacturing timelines.
