In July I ordered a Bosch washing machine from Euronics Blairgowrie.
5stars***** Great customer service.
Will certainly order from them in future.

Paid for and downloaded app.
I cannot book anywhere nor is there anyone to contact.
The app is full of dayparking laybys (nothing to do with Park4Night) including ones with awful reviews.
Half the places I know of to park legally overnight are not even listed.
I regret paying for the app.

It may take a little time to set up an account but well worth it.
Once you have made an order or two and you no longer have to trawl through the 'confirm with you bank' procedure then you will find the process quick and easy.
I wish they had some Sobranie or Gitanes cigarettes but who has nowadays?
Delivery is super quick for larger orders and there's always a nice little chocolate stowed in the box.
I have been ordering cigarettes from this site for a good while now and never had any problem.

The Carro Moda site advertises a Kayleigh Cashmere Patchwork Turtleneck Sweater. £29.99
I believe the sweater in the ad is the real thing but what I received was quite different.
The label on mine says made in china, 95% polyester 5% spandex. I ordered 2XL and it's more like a UK size 12.
It's pretty enough but more like something you would buy in Matalan for £14.99.
The first sweater I ordered was cheaper and better quality but had no labels.
I did write to Carro Moda asking why no laundry labels and why the pretence at cashmere. They apologised for no labels, gave me laundry instructions all the while insisting it was luxury quality cashmere.
Hey ho I thought but because I rather liked it cashmere or not I thought I'd give it one more try.
What they sent me this time ends any future thought of a further purchase.

The foreign finch food is sometimes hard to find on their site but worth the search. Amazon price £14.99 and Parrot essentials is half that + £3.99 postage so best to order several at one time.
The only real BIG PROBLEM I have each time is getting the order to go through...After completing address and payment method I seem to end up in circles, every time I click in box accept 'terms and conditions' it just takes me to them and when I return it asks me again to accept them. Really annoying.
So now...before I enter method of payment etc I go straight to bottom of page, click on accept terms and conditions before I continue with order. That seems to work.

I ordered a womens cashmere jumper. It was £24 so I reckoned worth the risk. Received jumper today around 8weeks later. It looks lovely, feels glorious. Size as expected as I had ordered 2XL (I am size 14uk) thinking it would possibly come from China not Sweden (where the headquarters are said to be) where women are tiny.
The jumper has no labels, no laundry advice, nothing. A couple of long threads to trim but otherwise perfect.
I am unsure now, after reading reviews, whether to purchase anything else.

Well my first review was not a good one, what with constant hiccups...no signal poor signal etc... but things have improved vastly. The signal is strong and constant now and we couldn't be more delighted.
Our house needed a wifi booster which gigaloch supplied but it really wasn't very good so I purchased a Netgear one and oh boy what a difference.

I couldn't believe the price of Electrical Worlds coloured filament fairy lights....just a fraction of everywhere else on the internet. Initially I bought 3 sets, not believing they would actually be delivered but the arrived within a few days so I ordered 5 sets more. Delighted with my purchase.

After a brutal landing I wanted someone to check over my mini 3pro, I was sure it was dead in the water for sure.
A quick email of enquiry and things were quickly and clearly organised for me from printing the prepaid postage to regular updates on the work in hand.
I paid extra for a quick turnaround and drone returned in full working order within 2 weeks.
I considered charges very fair.
Would certainly use them again.

We have used this company several times now...they are always professional, efficient, easy to reach and on time. Our first choice every time.

Ordered a butchers block trolley for kitchen. Delivery great. Very expensive but the best I could find on the internet. It is super quality, beautifully finished. But.....the wheels were tiny, cheap and not new, they looked awful and rattled over the kitchen floor. They were so out of place with the perfect trolley. So if you are buying one, be prepared to change the wheels.

Ordered a pair of Crocs from Crocs.com
I am size 6/39 and ordered size LADIES 38/39 but the Crocs I received are much much too big. In fact it says on the bag M5 W6 and on the sole US M6 W8
want to return them but Crocs make this
impossible, not recognizing the order number.
When I do find another number (PO number)
that it will accept it then says it doesn't recognize the order.
And so it goes on, you just go round in circles, no chat person online, no email address to contact but you are free to write to an address in the USA. Pfff

After not receiving any goods and minimum contact with SimplyHopelessUtopia I requested a refund by email as no-one will speak direct by phone, just a (leave your number and...)
No-one has answered to acknowlege my request.

Don't go there.
I ordered slide in unit for kitchen.
Weeks and weeks later and still no sign of it.
I have tried phoning( leave your message and number and we will get back to you) with no result.
Finally received an email saying the goods were to be dispatched the next day, someone would contact me about delivery.
Still nothing.
Then another email saying 'so sorry, I am looking into it, will contact you when I know anything'...
Still nothing.
Have today requested a refund.
I feel robbed. Their customer service sucks.

Beautiful clothes. Take ages to arrive and some of them(already paid for) are on a 'waiting list' or something and not due for months. Even then you have to try and chase them up when they don't arrive on time(if ever, I'm still waiting). Chat bot is useless, no option for 'where's my stuff'? And they ask you for order number when you never received a copy of the order anyway. Plus the option of 'order history' is empty.Complicated rigmarole to sign in if you forget your password(who doesn't)
Am not impressed beautiful clothes or not.
Update: 2 days later everything arrived. Oh but the clothes really are beautiful and great quality. Bright colours and importantly, they wash well. Thankyou Boden. **** now.

5weeks later 1 has arrived, other has been 'dispatched'.
Delighted with product. Well wrapped, fits fine for size 14, well made and nicely finished.

Just watch their prices online...we returned to their site to purchase same item again as we were so pleased with the whole transaction, communication and delivery all excellent.
Today it is £80 more expensive.

The postcards on 'MyPostcard' app were a lot cheaper than those on 'Touchcard' app. To settle the issue I sent a postcard from both. 'My Postcard' took the money, confirmed my choice by email and all seemed fine.
Days later am still awaiting delivery.
Problem is....because 'MyPostcard' had the cheaper cards I paid for £20 of credit to be used on cards in the future.
Therefore...yesterday despite a NO-SHOW WITH MyPostcard I ordered another as I had already paid for credits so had nothing to lose(except my money of course)
This time I didn't even receive a confirmation email.
I emailed them asking if there was a problem.
No reply.
'By contrast...'TOUCHCARD' ' confirmed my choice by email and notified me as to what was happening every step of the way. Card was DELIVERED PROMPTLY and was a great success.
Verdict: MyPostcard...NOT IMPRESSED:(
TOUCHCARD....BRILLIANT!!!

Speedy delivery, nice packaging, the paper appears to break up much quicker when wet that 'normal' toilet paper and gives me confidence in its ability to biodegrade swiftly.
