Overwhelming great user experience with WISE with only one notable exception being the time it took to refund funds (one month) for absolutely no good reason and despite a great many emails and phone calls

Fantastic car rental experience with Locauto from Trieste Airport. Could not have been more friendly, helpful and professional. Such a breath of fresh air to deal with them as opposed to some other companies I could mention (GOLDCAR to be avoided at all costs)

In general a thoroughly good and efficient organisation. App & website work well. Both intuitive and easy to use. Expenditure (with the WISE debit card) in almost any currency and currency conversion absolute doddle and great value. Only issue I had was trying to send CHF from a regular CHF account to a client's CHF account with WISE. For some strange reason WISE would not credit it to the clients account. Thereafter WISE, despite a great many emails and phone calls, took over three weeks to return the CHF back to the sender which could have been done instantly. Very unsatisfactory and absolutely no explanation that made any sense at all.

Got a reply from WISE a coupe of hours after posting the above. Again, highly unsatisfactory. I sent the funds and WISE received them within 24 Hours. To say that the funds may take four weeks to be refunded makes absolutely no sense as anyone will know but they just keep going around in circles. That is why I had to give up communicating with them and wait a totally ridiculous amount of time for the funds to be returned. Totally senseless but, as I say, otherwise they are fab
