Saved me a few quid!

Have used a few times and would definitely keep using. Had a handful of issues where the card numbers were already claimed but they were quick to issue new numbers out, after I contacted them. I'm assuming this is due to sellers listing cards and then claiming them to try and scam the system, but Cards2Cash have a holding policy for funds so that buyers are protected against this.

Terrible service and no communication…

Terrible service and no communication between departments for orders.

I had a booking for UPS (booked through Ebay) but they never came on collection day.

Contacted Packlink and they told me UPS would come the next day. However, they didn't

I was frustrated with this after wasting my time waiting in for 2 days for a collection.

I decided to give them one final try with a complete replacement booking through Ebay.

Finally, UPS collected and delivered the parcel. UPS claimed that the parcel wasn't within the size booked, however after messaging Packlink, they agreed to waive the fee due to the hassle with the wasted time when UPS didn't come the first 2 times.

Move forward a few months and they emailed me asking for the extra payment.

Even after several times explaining that the cahrges were waived, giving them their staff members name that dealt with it and giving them a copy of the email, they harassed me email after email.

I have now blocked them and will never use the service again.

Not had a very good experience at all

Not had a very good experience at all. Not good build quality or customer service.

I ordered a PC but was told it would be a 10 day wait due to waiting on parts. I was ok with this. During the 2nd week, within the 10 days waiting period and before dispatch, I decided to cancel my order.
There is no cancel option on the website and you have to message customer support. Unfortunately, a couple days after requesting my cancellation, they dispatched the PC.
I did not want to make too much of a fuss, so I set the PC up to see if I would change my mind and keep it. On first switch on, the fan was making a low pitched rumbling noise and was whirring a top speed.
After 15 minutes of run time, I restarted it and it came up with a screen saying "CPU Over Temperature Error!"

So, I can't recommend the build quality either.

I used their website return form. I then got a call from a support agent talking about possible repair, but I said I wanted a refund. I set up a return with them. In fairness, the collection time was quick and next day.

I then received an email which said my PC would be in for repair. I replied to this saying that I wanted a refund and not a repair.

Then, when another support agent got hold of the PC, I got an alert saying "visual inspection done" and the next stage in the process was for repair. I was getting very wound up by then. Again I stated I wanted a refund, to make sure I didn't receive the PC back.

Now the PC has been sat with them for 4 days, even after they said the returns process would be complete within 3 days.

So, still waiting for my money back and no responses/updates since.

I can't recommend you use Scan, based on this terrible service level.

I can see from the notes on the system that the system has been processed at our repair workshop on the 10th march and you should of received an automated email that would of updated you. Our system support manager is looking into this internally, this could of gone into your junk / spam folder.

Terrible service

Terrible service. Everything is good, until you want to get hold of them for an issue.

I cancelled an order, received a confirmation email cancelling the order, then they took the money off me a couple of days later. Still waiting for my refund and it has been nearly a month now.

Will never buy from Game again

Never using again while UPS are delivering

I’ve spent many thousands of pounds at Thomann over the last several years, 5 figures worth of gear, but sadly, I won’t be ordering again.

The last 3 orders have all had issues. The boxes arrived with holes torn into them, one with the lid slightly open, and one with half the lid ripped completely off. UPS do not appear to be couriering the packages safely.

Out of my last 2 orders, one item was damaged an unuseable, a B-Stock Picobeam Quad 30 - The moving head had loose and rattling parts inside. And also a Warwick Corvette left handed bass had loosely screwed ok machine heads, a loosely screwed on bridge and ond of the pickup screw nuts had come out completely. Fortunately, we were able to fix everything and reglue the pickup nut to make it usuable, but the QC tag saying, “passed in Germany” isn’t worth the cardboard it’s printed on.

In fairness to Thomann, the have offered a €15 discount or return/replacement of the bass for the trouble and accepted a return of the Picobeam Quad.

However, Thomann have lost a customer, while UPS are delivering, as I can’t guarantee my purchases will arrive in one piece

Very polite and friendly service

The flight cases are very good quality. Strong and made to last. I’ve still got some from years ago that are as solid as the day I bought them.

I had an issue with the last case I bought from them, but they have been very quick to resolve the issue.
