Regarding the chocolates kindly please note and this is written in our Terms & Conditions that add-ons are non-floral products which can accompany the main floral product. Pictures of add-ons on our website are for guidance only. The florist will do their best to deliver add-ons which appear as close as possible to the photo, but availability of add-ons depends on local availability by the florist in particular.

Beste Jean Young, hartelijk dank voor uw order en de review. We werken natuurlijk met een natuurproduct, we zijn afhankelijk van de oogst. De bloembollen worden bij ons wel regelmatig gecontroleerd. Het kan dus soms voorkomen dat de ene bol iets kleiner (of groter) is dan de andere bol. Misschien is het goed om te weten dat we bloeigarantie bieden. Mocht u onverhoopt nog vragen hebben dan kunt u altijd contact met ons opnemen. Wij helpen graag!
